Shipping policy

When will my merch arrive?

Everything in the shop is in stock. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, and most arrive within 2 weeks.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking email when it ships. If yours hasn't turned up within 2 weeks, email support@jacob-knowles.com and I'll track it down.

When will my boat supplies arrive?

Boat supplies ship separately, straight from TotalBoat. Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days, and they come in their own package with their own tracking email.
