Jacob on deck holding a barnacled lobster, traps and open water behind him

Fifth generation out of Winter Harbor

Out with my father before I was five. This is what the shirts pay for.

Where this starts

I was going out with my father before I was five. At thirteen I got my own skiff and started hauling 150 traps. By sixteen I was running my own operation.

Five generations of my family have fished out of Winter Harbor. It's the same job my great grandfather was doing off this same stretch of coast.

Rooted in lobster fishing

Before the hoodies, before the hats, it all started with lobstering. Five generations on the Maine coast shaped the grit, style, and toughness behind this merch.

Notching the females

Every egg-bearing female that comes up gets a notch cut in her tail before she goes back over. The notch marks her as a breeder, and a notched female cannot legally be landed in Maine.

I started filming it in 2020 because people couldn't believe we throw the big ones back.

Where a shirt actually goes

The new boat took fifteen months to build.

They are in stock, ship in 3 to 5 business days and usually arrive within 2 weeks. There are more coming.
